"At the front of the house the pool will be moved closer to the building. A similar distance to that of Pamuk Tarlasi and of course the essential bar and BBQ area and sun beds and I have requested a WC there also. The pool will be the same size and shape as that of Pamuk Tarlasi which has proved to be very popular. (Including the children's paddling pool)."

"The land is 3,300m2 which is more than 3 times larger than that of Pamuk Tarlasi and is situated under Mount Karadag on the edge of Dalyan."

"The ground floor living room will have a log fire basket to enable us to enjoy the winter nights. Amanda has sunbathed at Pamuk Tarlasi in January but the nights can be cold. With flights now leaving the UK all year to Dalaman the new villa will be ready for all seasons and not just the amazing "wall to wall" sunshine of the Summer."

"As you will see from the CAD's the circular shape has enabled us to go for another beautiful Turkish wooden ceiling. The top two bedrooms and the kitchen are also having wooden ceilings. There is a quiet reading balcony to the rear but I am also looking to buy a telescope to put up there for star watching on those wonderful Turkish evenings."

"There have been a few alterations. The house will have a large basement living room with adjoining bedroom and Jacuzzi bathroom and these are not shown on the plans. This will mean that there are 5 en-suite bedrooms sleeping 10 comfortably."
